+**Goal:** Deliver FormCreate `money` control so designers can drag「金额」, configure uppercase display and condition participation, and initiators/approvers see numeric input with optional RMB uppercase (DingTalk-aligned).

+**Architecture:** Mirror `dept` / `relatedApproval` four-layer FcDesigner extension: `OaMoneyField.vue` + DragRule + `setupOaMoneyField` on both main app and `oa-fc-host`. Persist `number | null` only; uppercase is display-only via `toRmbUpper`. Backend validates non-negative finite numbers on start. Condition eligibility already includes `money`.
