Implement the mobile update adapter in the existing registered CRM quote route module using current permission and persistence helpers.
Route only mobile draft and pre-approval saves through the adapter.
Run targeted frontend/backend tests, required field-consistency check and graph updates.
Reproduce the original mobile customer/contact change, save, reopen and compare with the same record's read-only Web detail.
