ADDED Requirements
Requirement: Transport history overview
The system SHALL provide a module listing historical transport records for overview and selection.
Scenario: Filter by date range
- WHEN a user queries transports in a date range
- THEN the system SHALL return all matching transport rows within permission scope
Requirement: Multi-select settlement draft
The system SHALL allow multi-selecting transport records to generate a freight settlement document.
Scenario: Settlement groups lines
- WHEN a user selects three transport rows and creates a settlement
- THEN the settlement SHALL reference all three transports
Requirement: Settlement workflow
The system SHALL support workflow states: draft → submitted for approval → approved → notify counterparty to invoice → invoice uploaded → remittance proof uploaded.
Scenario: Approve notifies invoicing
- WHEN settlement is approved
- THEN the system SHALL record approval timestamp and SHALL expose status indicating counterparty may issue invoice
Requirement: Freight calculation modes
The system SHALL support weight-based calculation (transport quantity times unit price with editable result) and per-trip manual entry without auto-calculation.
Scenario: Weight-based adjustable
- WHEN mode is weight-based with quantity 10 and unit price 5
- THEN the system SHALL default total 50 and SHALL allow user adjustment before save
Scenario: Per-trip manual
- WHEN mode is per-trip
- THEN the system SHALL not auto-multiply quantity by price and SHALL persist user-entered freight amount
