ADDED Requirements

Requirement: Pending inbound detection

The system SHALL classify a plan-related document as 待入库 when the destination company name is one of: 安庆市山峡化工有限公司, 安徽云栋化工有限公司 (exact match or configured alias table).

Scenario: Destination triggers pending inbound

• WHEN a plan line destination equals 安庆市山峡化工有限公司
• THEN the follow-up status path SHALL allow transition to 待入库 and SHALL trigger weighbridge draft creation per milestone scope

Requirement: Pending outbound detection

The system SHALL classify as 待出库 when the supplier name is one of: 安庆市山峡化工有限公司, 安徽云栋化工有限公司.

Scenario: Supplier triggers pending outbound

• WHEN a plan line supplier equals 安徽云栋化工有限公司
• THEN the system SHALL classify the line for outbound weighbridge handling

Requirement: Weighbridge document on plan

The system SHALL show weighbridge slip information on the plan view when a weighbridge document is generated or linked from the weighbridge system.

Scenario: Linked slip visible

• WHEN the weighbridge system returns a slip id linked to the plan line
• THEN the plan detail view SHALL display weighbridge summary fields and link to detail

Requirement: Attachments from on-site confirmation

The system SHALL accept submission of weighbridge slip documents and inbound/outbound attachment documents after on-site confirmation.

Scenario: Attach upload after confirm

• WHEN on-site staff confirms receipt and uploads attachments
• THEN the system SHALL store attachments against the plan or weighbridge linkage with user and timestamp
