ADDED Requirements
Requirement: Framework contract price adjustments
The system SHALL support recording price adjustments for framework contracts via adjustment letters, retaining version history for each price change.
Scenario: Second adjustment creates new version
- WHEN a second adjustment letter is uploaded for the same framework contract line
- THEN the system SHALL retain both prior and new price versions with timestamps and linkage to the adjustment letter artifact
Requirement: Plan uses contract default inbound price
The system SHALL default plan line inbound price from the applicable contract price at plan creation time, while allowing subsequent manual edits on the plan line.
Scenario: Default then edit
- WHEN a plan line is created from a contract item priced at 100
- THEN the inbound price SHALL default to 100 and the user SHALL be allowed to change it to another value with audit trail
Requirement: Contract-initiated plan
The system SHALL allow initiating a plan from the contract module with one plan containing multiple products.
Scenario: Multi-product plan
- WHEN a user starts a plan from a contract with three line items and confirms
- THEN the system SHALL create one plan header and three plan lines bound to the contract
